New in Razuna: CSV import and export
Wishing everyone a fantastic 2026! To kick off the new year productively, we are excited to announce that CSV import and export functionality is now available.
This feature enables easy metadata import and update via a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file, offering a streamlined solution for managing large datasets. By allowing you to patch and update files in bulk, CSV import and export not only enhances efficiency but also significantly reduces the time spent on manual updates. Given its importance, we've ensured that this capability is accessible across all folders within our system.
In addition to the standard import and export options, we've empowered administrators to create tailored CSV templates. These templates can be customized to include only specific fields during export or import, enabling greater flexibility and accuracy in metadata management.
Furthermore, the import functionality is designed not only to update the metadata of existing files. It also offers an innovative feature that lets you import new files by providing a publicly accessible URL as the file identifier. This means users can seamlessly add new content to their libraries while ensuring all relevant metadata is updated in a single, coherent process.
You will find the documentation in our Razuna Knowledge base, including CSV templates and the CSV import/export folder option.
These enhancements will significantly elevate your experience and workflow efficiency, making metadata management more intuitive and convenient.
