Introducing the Redesigned Collections
Organizing files across different folders and workspaces can be time-consuming and challenging. Collections simplify file organization and streamline access and management by allowing you to gather all your essential files in one central location.
Previously, Collections were limited per user and came with limited sharing options. However, we believe our customers deserve more.
Today, we are thrilled to introduce the newly redesigned Collections. We have made it possible for organizations to offer unlimited collections to their users, added shareable links, and enabled collaborative collection management.
Here is a brief overview of how Collections function in Razuna:
In the collaborative platform, collections allow for the seamless inclusion of team members to work collectively on one or multiple collections. By default, a collection is private to its creator, but additional team members can be assigned as viewers, collaborators, or admins. Only collaborators and admins can add or remove items from the collection, ensuring efficient and secure management.
In a free account, access to Collections is limited to a single collection with no options for collaborative work. However, within a paid workspace, the collection feature mirrors that of a paid account, offering unlimited collections and various access options for seamless collaboration.
Sharing a collection is simple and versatile, similar to sharing files and folders. You can utilize shareable links embedded in social media posts, emails, websites, or any appropriate location, making it easy to extend access to the collection to others.
