Introduction to Collections

Keeping your files organized across various folders and workspaces can take time and effort. Collections make gathering all your essential files in one central location easy, simplifying access and management. You can also share collections using a shareable link, and advanced access options enable seamless collaboration among your team.

The Collection section has been redesigned, and the changes were published on August 11th, 2024. This documentation reflects these changes.

Here is a short summary of how Collections work in Razuna.

- Collections are collaborative. You can add other team members to work on one or more collections.

- By default, a collection is private (for the one who creates the collection); however, you can add other members as viewers, collaborators, and admins (only collaborators and admins can add/remove to the collection).

- You can share a collection with the same shareable link options as for files and folders.

- The sharing view currently allows a maximum of 250 files to be shown (this can be adjusted when the need arises to have more files in a collection). This limit applies only to the shared view (outside of Razuna).

Within a free account, Collections are limited to one collection, and there is no access, i.e., collaboration option. However, when a member switches to a paid workspace, the collection section acts like a paid account, providing unlimited collections and access options.

Please consult each section to delve deeper into how collections work.
