Dedicated upload section

The idea here is to provide dedicated upload sections. Each section provides:

Into which folder to upload files into
Define the fields the user needs to fill (incl. custom fields, required or not, etc.)
Upload page design options
Who should be notified when files get uploaded
Execute certain actions (will be added at a later stage together with workflows)
