Upload your files

Uploading files to Razuna is a breeze. You have multiple options to upload your files onto the platform. One of the easiest methods is to drag and drop your files or an entire folder into any folder in the browser window.

Alternatively, you can click on the upload tag (located in the bottom right corner) and select a folder or files from your desktop. Moreover, if you have an image copied to your system clipboard, you can easily paste it into the browser, and it will automatically add the image to the desired folder. This way, you can upload your files to Razuna quickly and efficiently.

Razuna drag and drop files to upload

When you drop files on Razuna, they get uploaded instantly. Razuna uses the latest technology to transfer your files quickly and efficiently. Once the files are uploaded, Razuna creates a thumbnail, indexes the metadata in case of an image or video, and indexes the entire document for PDFs and Word documents. Moreover, the folder refreshes automatically in real time, making it easy for you and your team members to view the same folder.

It's worth noting that when you attempt to add a file that has already been added in some workspace settings, the system may reject it. If this happens, you will receive a notification of rejection. You can also check the notification center for more details on the rejection.

When you upload images to our system, you have the option to enable auto-tagging. This means that our servers will analyze the images and automatically add relevant keywords to make searching and organizing them easier. The auto-tag keywords will be added if you have already defined keywords in your XMP/IPTC metadata. You can turn off auto-tagging or manually execute it if you prefer.
