Sharing a collection
As with files and folders, you can share a collection using our shareable links. Click on the share icon to pull up the shareable links drawer.
With a paid plan, you can create as many shareable links to your collection as you require (the free plan can create one link). A shareable link of a collection has the option for an expiration date, a password, and the ability to download the files.
Once a link is created, you can embed it in your social media posts, emails, website, or wherever you see fit. Like every shareable link in Razuna, your links do not expire (unless set) or be removed.
Unless you enable "Allow download" visitors to your shared collection can only view a small thumbnail.
The shared collection view shows the logo of your default workspace or white-label settings. The files are sorted by the file name (ascending), and the file name, size, and description are shown.
The sharing view currently allows a maximum of 250 files to be shown (this can be adjusted when the need arises to have more files in a collection). This limit applies only to the shared view (outside of Razuna).
