Click on a collection in the collection overview to view all its files. Files in a collection have almost the same options as files in a folder.

In addition to the file info, you have a direct link to the folder and workspace in which the file is located.

Note: Removing a file from a collection removes it from the collection only, not the file itself.

Independent of the Collection access level, if the member can edit files within a folder or workspace, he can access the file directly from within a collection for editing.
