Do I need a Hosted Razuna or a Razuna Cloud Server?

This question really depends on your needs. If you want to have a flexible payment month-to-month plan and want to get charged by your usage and don't mind being on our shared servers with other customers (all of your data is separated and not accessible by others) then the hosted Razuna plan is your choice. On the other hand, if you want dedicated bandwidth, some sort of customization, have many clients, want to use the Cloud and/or simply want a dedicated server then our Razuna Cloud Server is what you need.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

The 30-day free trial means that you can use Razuna for 30 days for free without being charged in any way. We will eMail you before your trial comes to an end. You can then either continue using the account or convert to a free account.

Can I upgrade from the trial to a payed account without losing anything?

If you continue to use your account after the 30 day trial you don't have to do anything else, then just use it. All of your settings and assets will continue to work as before.

Can I upgrade from the FREE to any other account?

Yes, you can upgrade within Razuna to any other account with a single click. All of your settings will be migrated as well. The 30-day free trial will not apply to your account. This is only if you sign up for a new account.

Are there any long term contracts?

No, Razuna is a month-to-month service. There are no long term contracts and you have no commitments.

How do I get charged for an unlimited account?

We calculate your monthly rate by the storage and bandwidth you have used. From those two values we take the higher value and multiply it by $1.80. Example: You use 40GB of storage and 30GB of bandwidth, we will only charge you the 40GB. Meaning you would get the bandwidth for free.

Is my data safe and secure with you?

All of our servers are upgraded to keep up with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by firewalls and you even have the option to access all your data over a secure connection (SSL).

What's the difference between this version and the open source one?

Some teams or organizations simply don't want to maintain their own Razuna server. For those, we created the hosted Razuna version. We use the same code and features that we also publish under an open source license. We believe in freedom and love to empower our customers.

Can I migrate from the hosted to a Cloud Server or to a self hosted Razuna?

Yes. You can export all your data on here and import them into your self hosted one. If you migrate to a Razuna Cloud Server we will help you also.
